This experience is vital in developing a detailed plan and subsequent implementation of Service Charge and Maintenance Schedules on new developments.
The process would start at planning stage where we would consult with the developer to implement cost effective and maintenance free solutions within the build (a cheaper service charge is always more attractive to purchasers).
At build stage the quotations from contractors would be built into a budget schedule and then into a service charge schedule for each apartment.
During the sales stage we will manage the development to ensure the property and grounds are kept to the highest of standards thus allowing the sales team to concentrate on selling the properties.
